Acceptable Use Policy
1. Who you may search for
Yourself, or a person who has given you explicit written permission. You confirm this before every scan, and the confirmation is stored.
2. Prohibited decisions
You must not use any report or finding for decisions about employment, contracting, promotion, reassignment, discipline or termination; housing or tenancy; credit, lending, debt collection or insurance underwriting; education admission; immigration or government benefits; or any other purpose governed by consumer-reporting laws.
3. Prohibited conduct
Stalking, harassment, intimidation, doxing or locating a person without consent; building databases or profiles from reports; automated scraping of the service; circumventing security controls; uploading unlawful content.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this policy and refuse refunds for scans run in breach of it.
